INVESTMENT BANKING: SUMMER ANALYST (Equity)
RESPONSIBILITIES
The challenging assignments vary depending on project placement, but typically include:
1.Analyzing financial and operating information related to corporations and industries.
2.Creating statistical exhibits that analyze comparative financial performance.
3. Developing presentation materials.
4.Participating actively in the execution of equity-related transactions such as IPO, private placement, as well as MA deals.
REQUIREMENTS
1.University or MBA student in penultimate year of study with outstanding academic records. Applicants should be graduated by June 2018.
2.Financial or business related major is preferred but not a must.
3.Fluent in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written.
4.Team player with strong sense of responsibility and work ethic.
5.Strong analytical skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
6.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
7.Basic know-how of A-share capital market.
8.Skills in Ms Office and other data-base such as Wind/ Bloomberg is a plus.
