三、应聘条件
1.Final year undergraduate and graduate students with superior academic achievements who are able to work fulltime for at least 6 months during the semester.
2.Show strong passion for investing. Previous experiences in top tier investment banks, management consulting, investment management, and MNCs are essential.
3.Demonstrate relentless intellectual curiosity and a strong drive to analyze problems in new ways and excel at highest level.
4.Demonstrate ability to collaborate and develop relationships inside and outside the organization to enable effective completion of business objectives.
5.Operate effectively in a multi-culture, fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment with a high degree of attention to details.
6.Demonstrate strong written, oral, and presentation skills both in English and Chinese.
