1.Data collection such as monthly admin report
2.Provide operational support in managing equipment, computer and hardware, documentation
3.Be responsible for receiving visitors, meeting scheduling and arrangement
4.Language translation for development activities
5.Providing hotel and air ticket reservation assistance for employees and visitors
6.New employee on board preparation
7.Other tasks from Managers
四、应聘条件
1.At least 4 days per week and 6 months in total for internship
2.Excellent skills Microsoft office
3.Good English communication skills in both written and oral
4.Related Admin knowledge is a plus
5.Open minded, flexible, honest, hard-working. Think independently and logically
