HR Intern（苏州分公司）
三、岗位职责
1. Manage the whole intern hiring process, from initial CV screening , initiate tele-interview to candidate, organize face to face interview and offering ;
2. Understand the regular positions, be able to source candidates from media/websites/headhunters or through referrals and networking and conduct tele-interview;
3. Act as a coordinator between internal clients and external candidates regarding interview schedule, feedback collection, and communication with the candidates etc;
4. Look into the hiring process, initiate improvement, and ensure the progress;
5. Other task assigned by mentor;
四、应聘条件
1.Master degree in related major;
2.Genuine passion for HR profession
3.Result oriented, analytical skills, logic thinking, good team player and quick learner;
4.Willingness to take over responsibility, show initiative, creativity and engagement;
5.Can work under pressure and have good time management skills;
6.Good English language ability;? Proficient in computer and MS Office
7.Experience in recruiting with multinational companies is a plus;
8.Could work 4+ days per week for 6+ months;
