Aï Ito

Aï ITO是中国人民大学中法学院管理学方面的研究型教师。她拥有兰斯大学的职业环境社会心理学博士学位以及NEOMA商学院的管理学博士学位(获AACSB认证)。来华之前,她曾在法国多所高校任教,如NEOMA商学院和诺曼底管理学院。她的主要研究主题有领导力、追随力、自我开放以及工作环境中的情感与性别作用。她经常参加管理学以及职业环境社会心理学相关的国际学术会议并介绍自己的研究成果。
